Any shipment which has not been picked up or it is still in the manifested stage can be cancelled. If a shipment is picked up or it is picked up after cancellation then cancellation would not work.

To cancel any shipment please follow the below mentioned steps -

1. Login and go to dashboard

2. Click on Shipments

3. Search or locate the shipment number you wish to cancel

4. Click on order number and then click on cancel button.

Refund amounts are sent Vamaship wallet and it would also be visible under the statement and refunds section. Post cancellation of the shipment, refunds would be credited to the wallet after 3 days.
